The reality is there are many reports and examples of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission charging restaurants with allegations of sex-based harassment. Restaurant owners cannot ignore the importance of getting employees trained because it is mandated by the law. If you have 5 or more employees, you must provide sexual harassment training before the end of 2019.
