We engage attendees in implicit bias training as a key to change. No lecturing, no guilt, only self-discovery and awareness. Our training is different than most because it combines information with real life examples where attendees make automatically triggered decisions and choices, then analyze, realize, and discuss why they made them. Discovery in a nonjudgmental forum makes the training more enjoyable and the results far more effective.

California requires every employee to receive sexual harassment prevention training by the end of 2020. A lawsuit in a company where the training was not provided could be a financial disaster. Our sexual harassment training covers all the components of today's requirements, and it is done in a way that is fascinating, engaging, and even entertaining. Don't provide this important training just because it is mandated, provide it because it is a good thing for your employees and to your company culture.
